COVE PROJECTS is a Brisbane and Gold Coast property development company. We source off market development sites for our clients, help manage the planning and design process and oversee the construction to ensure a high quality property development.

Our service is for property investors who are new to development, interstate, overseas or want to take a step back and let someone else take care of the project.

Design
We work with a team of experts, including town planners, civil engineers, architects, and builders, to guide you through planning and design. This ensures compliance with city council regulations and covers various property development strategies like townhouses and subdivisions.
Build
During construction, we monitor progress weekly to keep the project on schedule and resolve any issues that arise. This includes site visits, updates from the site supervisor, and photos, while also coordinating with suppliers and agents for a smooth completion.
